Creyente Azul Cristalino Anejo Ensamble Mezcal is a smooth and richly-flavored mezcal produced in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made from a blend of agave Espadin and wild agave varieties, and is aged in stainless steel tanks for up to two years. The result is a smoky, complex spirit with aromas of cooked agave, earth, smoke, and spices. On the palate, it reveals notes of cooked agave, citrus, and spices, leading to a long, slightly sweet finish.
Nose: Refreshing aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
