Nose: Sweet, strangely malty aroma with a predominance of Morello cherries and mixed spices, particularly ground mace. Inviting and intensely aromatic.
Palate: Oily, with notes of olives in brine, sweet cherry tomatoes and plum wine. A hint of peach develops, alongside notes of white wine and parsley.
Finish: Hints of Black Jack sweets on the finish, with notes of Oude Genever and saffron.
Distillery Information
Created by the Handmade Cocktail Company, these cocktails are allowed to “marry” in the bottle, and the result is a selection of perfectly blended vintage cocktails. The current range includes a number of classic pours, made using the finest ingredients to carefully perfected recipes. The great thing about these drinks is you don’t have to be a skilled bartender to make them, nor do you have to buy all the ingredients separately. Now, all you have to do to enjoy a classic cocktail is pour a measure of one of these on ice, stir it, strain it (if required) and add a garnish. It couldn’t be easier.
