Detailed Description
This grappa is produced by Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci using the pomace of Nerello Mascalese and Caricante, coming from the slopes of Etna; they are distilled in a bain-marie using a wood-fired distillation plant.

Nose: Satisfying and charming aromas.
Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.
Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.

The Giovi distillery, is a young company founded in 1987 by the Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci, with head offices in Valdina, near Messina, in a region that benefits from a warm Tyrrhenian climate, that opens up to reveal the natural beauty of Capo Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands.
