This grappa is produced by Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci using selected Nerello Mascalese and Caricante pomace from Etna; To best bring out the aromatic scents, it spends a 10-month refinement period in oak barriques and acquires a straw yellow colour.

The Giovi distillery, is a young company founded in 1987 by the Master Distiller Giovanni La Fauci, with head offices in Valdina, near Messina, in a region that benefits from a warm Tyrrhenian climate, that opens up to reveal the natural beauty of Capo Milazzo and the Aeolian Islands.
