Distillery Information
Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with handmade koji and “Raiden-sama no Shimizu”, which is spring water from Hakkaisan’s melted snow. By combining Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which have been polished to 45%, and Miyamanishiki, we have created Junmaishu that is crisp and timeless.It is a slightly high-class sake to be enjoyed with a meal, with a clear and clean taste and an elegant sweetness that complements the food. Year after year, craftsmanship has been honed by continuing to make the best sake.Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku, which have been carefully selected for this sake, are polished to 45%.It’s a fine, mellow and beautiful taste, and a slightly elegant sweetness that complements the food.
