The story began 20 years ago. From the moment we planted the agave, until 6 years of maturity and then allowing 14 years to rest in our barrels. The resulting liquid has strong wood aromas with soft vanilla notes and hints of fruit. Aged in French Oak and finished in Sherry Casks.
Nose: Satisfying aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.
