The wine is produced from 100% Pinot Noir and is considered by many to be the top wine from Golan Heights Winery, as it is the wine for which the house is known. The wine ages for 16 months in small French casks, 70% of which are brand new, which is why this wine is really intense and structured in style. The color is red with a distinct violet hue. The aroma is delicate with cherries, chocolate and vanilla, slightly smoky taste with a lot of fresh berries, a little terroir, like forest berries and moss also mix in the taste. Long fat creamy aftertaste with a lot of mild tannins.
Nose: Satisfying aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
