Using fresh pomace of Muscat grapes, from dedicated production zones, this single grape variety Grappa, is fermented under vacuum and batch distilled in Nonino’s typical slow and steady methods, with only the hearts of the distillate kept. Elegant and aromatic on the nose, with a perfumed nature floating out of the glass. The floral smell is backed by the taste of roses, thyme and vanilla.
Nose: Refreshing aroma.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
