Description
Detailed Description
In accordance with the G.I. for grappa, this invecchiata is produced in Italy using 100% Italian-grown grape pomace and is barrel aged at least 1 year. The time spent in oak further rounds out the harsh edges typically associated with grappa and lends a warm.

Distillery Information
The history of the Caffo’s family business dates back to the end of the nineteenth century, when Giuseppe Caffo began distilling pomace on the side of volcanic Mount Etna. After years of experience managing distilleries, he bought an old distillery in Santa Venerina, Sicily, in 1915.
