It’s made with a base of wheat, and distilled in a Holstein copper pot still at the wonderful distillery in Bow Wharf (give it a visit if you’re in the area, we love it).
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
