Here we have the delicious result of a collaboration between East London Liquor Co. and California-based Sonoma Distilling Co.’s Adam Spiegel! The blend marries ELLC’s London rye whisky which has been matured in a variety of casks, including ex-peated whisky casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, with Sonoma’s delectable bourbon. Expect all the buttery sweetness of the bourbon matched expertly with hallmark rye spiciness.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Clean,crisp and smooth.
