El Destilado is all about exploring spirits from small producers across Latin America – like this agave-based spirit from Mexico. It was made by Sergio Juarez Patricio in Oaxaca, using Espadín agave, which is one of the most popular agave varieties for using in Mezcal.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
