A white vermouth from the Ferdinand’s selection, made using their Slate Riesling grapes and barrel aged in Mosel Fuder Oak Casks. Intriguing stuff from these excellent producers – sure to pair well with their Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
