The result of master distiller Leslie Gracie’s experiments at the Hendrick’s Gin Palace, the spirit boasts classic absinthe botanicals along the lines of star anise and wormword (among others), along with some botanicals that will be very familiar to Hendrick’s Gin fans – namely rose and cucumber. It’s bottled at 48% ABV, making it touch more approachable than some traditional absinthe expressions, and showcases the botanical balance within.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
