Traditional Spanish vermouth made with a white wine base and cold maceration techniques. This one’s got oodles of botanicals including sea wormwood, coriander, bitter orange, elderflower, yarrow, cinnamon and wild marjoram – tasty stuff!

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
