This limited edition vermouth was originally produced for the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Tokyo. The Japanese translation of sakura is ‘cherry blossom’, with the rosey hue of this vermouth and use of cherry blossom in the recipe paying homage to the beautiful flower.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
