Seamist Liquid Garnish from the Salcombe Gin team is exactly what it sounds like – a garnish for cocktails, in liquid form! Presented in a rather swish little spray bottle, this is a 60% ABV spirit with red grapefruit, coastal botanicals and a hint of Cornish sea salt. Simply make yourself a cocktail (like a G&T with Salcombe Gin Start Point, for example), and finish it with a spray of Seamist over the top of the glass.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Lingering finish.
