Sandhills is a small hamlet located in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Sandhills gin contains juniper and coriander distilled in a copper pot and nine individually cold distilled botanicals including honey, gorse flower, Tasmanian pepperberry, pine needles, yuzu and black cardamom. Quite simply, the producers created a gin that they would love to drink. Good enough to serve over ice with an orange twist.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
