From the Sonoma County Distillers out in California comes a 100% rye, matured in new charred American oak barrels and bottled at 48% ABV. Plenty of earthy, oak-y elements coming through here, along with lots of honey, vanilla, citrus and robust spices that you’ll always be looking out for in rye spirits.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
