Spirit of George Gin was created in Cheshire by the Big Hill distillery, featuring a touch of Himalayan tea as its star botanical. The name was inspired by George Mallory, who was a mountaineer that part in the first three British expeditions to Mount Everest. When asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, he was famously quoted as saying “Because it’s there.” Pretty good answer, if you ask us.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
