The folks at the distillery reckon it’s a winner in a Gin Sour, which we think sounds fantastic – make sure you get yourself some lemon juice, egg whites, sugar syrup, and rosemary!
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
