Made in Manchester using their Manchester vodka, which in turn is made with a distilled honey base, this gin is produced at the brilliantly named ‘Zymurgorium’ meadery, brewery and distillery. Each stoneware bottle is filled, labelled, waxed and stamped by hand.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
