This Irish gin from the Elchinville Distillery is named for the men and women who worked in the flax fields and linen mills of Ireland, the weavers. It’s rather appropriate then that the spirit is infused with Irish flax seeds which add a silky creamy note, alongside a few other botanicals.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
