The botanicals are infused for 12 hours before they’re distilled for this fiery, spicy expression – possibly a nod to the non-fire-breathing wyverns that once (maybe) roamed the lands of Wessex. Give it a go in a Martini with a twist of pink grapefruit.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
