Garnish Island Gin takes its name from a small island off the south west coast of the Republic of Ireland, and it’s home to some rather lovely gardens – which is where the inspiration for this gin from West Cork Distillers came from. Crafted by master distiller Deirdre Bohane, this expression boasts a richly herbaceous and floral flavour profile, with the likes of thyme, rosemary, rose, iris and hibiscus among its botanical selection.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
