One the traditional side, you have juniper, coriander, liquorice and citrus, while on the local side you have heather tip, Yorkshire moors honey and sugar kelp.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
