Drawing inspiration from Asian spices, it blends together perfectly balanced citrus from lemongrass essence and natural ginger spice – all alongside classic junipery deliciousness. Try this in a G&T with a mint leaf garnish to compliment the aromatic gin.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Salted caramel, marmalade and a little gingerbread initially, then oily nuttiness, pink grapefruit bitterness and a soft, floral vanilla undertone develop.
