Foraged botanicals include quince, apple, pear, thyme, bay, rose, rosemary and elderberry. The small batch gin is presented in a handsomely square bottle, with appropriately leafy packaging. We’re sure folks will go wild for a Gin & Tonic with this one, garnished with a slice of red apple and sprig of rosemary.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: Rich and smooth.
