Interestingly, they are exploring a selection of casks types, allowing them each to impart their own flavour profile on the enjoyably herbaceous gin. This particular edition is the New Oak expression, so expect warming oaky spices galore.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Lingering finish.
