Zesty stuff here from the Yarm Distillery, combining its own London dry gin with Seville oranges. As you might expect, the result is packed with citrus brightness, though the juniper notes do manage to shine through clearly. Great splashed in tonic, and should do well in ginger ale too, we reckon. Of course, you’re going to want a big ol’ wedge of fresh orange for garnish however you serve it.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
