It takes a base of gin, and, rather unsurprisingly, infuses it with brambleberries, also known as blackberries. The result is a jammy, creamy spirit which should do very well either with tonic or perhaps in warmer seasonal cocktails. Bramble Berry Gin Hot Toddy anyone?
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
