Multi-faceted and exquisitely crafted, Courvoisier 21 Year is a true stand out in the Cognac category. Carrying an age statement alone makes it a rarity, as few Cognacs in the world produce age statement expressions due to strict regulations set out by the BNIC. Starting where most XO’s finish, the youngest cognac in this blend is 21 years old, while the oldest are above 50 years.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
