A great gourmet Champagne – rich & deep. Ouvrage pairs beautifully with the most delicate dishes such as caviar, scallops, and langoustines. A very nice match too with white meats and crisp vegetables.
Nose: The aromatic notes of the cuvée Ouvrage are elegant and complex; dominated by buttery and brioche aromas, lightly toasted and complemented by the deep fruitiness of dried apricots.
Palate: The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice.
