Don Ciro has been distilling mezcal for decades and is one of Mexico’s most experienced mezcaleros. His grandson Javier returned to the family business 7 years ago after spending much of his 20’s in the States helping provide for his family.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant and delightful.
Palate: A rich, complex, and smooth taste.
Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
Distillery Information
People in Mexico have been fermenting and distilling agave since long before there was a Mexico. Conservative estimates put the first destilados between 400-450 years ago, while others have argued that indigenous people developed the technology even before the Spanish conquest.
