G4 tequila stands as the result of refined traditional techniques, with a specific emphasis on the fermentation process, which is considered the heart of the craft. In a departure from conventional practices, de Madera tequila is meticulously fermented in new Pine Wood tanks, rather than stainless steel, resulting in a remarkable infusion of unique flavors. Complementing the wood fermentation, this expression employs well water, and the tequila ages for seven months in the nearly ancient George Dickel American whiskey barrels of G4. The result is a tequila that boasts unparalleled complexity, characterized by semi-sweet barrel notes, roasted agave with hints of white pepper and spices, and a long, velvety finish.
