Catan’s fruit forward and citrus aromas capture the organic purities of our hand-picked Pedro Ximénez Grapes, and their meticulous double distillation process yields the smoothing progression as was intended by our copper stills. The traditional Chilean flavors are then distinguished towards the finish, as the stone characteristics are noted which derive from the natural irrigation produced by that rainfall that is gifted from the Andes to our Fair Trade Certified Vineyard in Chile.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Perfect, long lasting finish.
