The origins of this classic cocktail can be traced back over a hundred years, across multiple places, but its pedigree has never changed. It begins with tequila made from the blue agave plants of Jalisco, Mexico. Our Classic Margarita features tequila made from the choicest part of the agave, the piña. It is then twice distilled in traditional pot stills to mellow the flavor. Lime juice is added and a touch of simple syrup to add a bit of sweet to the tart.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
