Amalfi oranges, wormwood, Italian herbs, cherry, and cinnamon all make up the complex flavour profile of this vermouth. While it’s sure to shine in classic cocktails, we reckon it’ll be just as tasty over ice with a good wedge of orange.
Nose: Oily orange citrus, bitter woodiness, wafts of thyme, bright red fruit, and a layer of warming spice underneath.
Palate: Lovely, mild on the tongue with a slight burn at the end.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
