Made using Arneis grapes and based on a recipe discovered in the diaries of Lidia Levi, sister of the eponymous Romano Levi, who was known to cultivate herbs in the distillery’s gardens.
Romano Levi di Torino Superiore Vermouth Tasting Note
Nose: Dry with bitter, herbal spice, liquorice, and hints of sweet grape.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is lingering.
