Using fresh, locally sourced pears and an array of botanicals especially selected to complement their flavour, this is wonderfully fresh and fruity. Fantastic in a G&T, garnished with fresh pear, we reckon it would also go nicely with a delicate, sparkling apple juice.
Nose: Gentle spice, hints of cinnamon and pepper combine with juniper, crisp citrus, and wafts of sweet, ripe, juicy pear.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
