The German vermouth is made from hand-picked Slate Riesling grapes and regional botanicals such as Stavnsbaer cherries, Schönberger plum and green walnut. Brilliant over ice or in a whole host of classic cocktails. Martinez, anyone?
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Bitter, somewhat oily walnut, with red flowers, a sour cherry note and sweeter berries alongside, rounded up by savoury thyme and warming, aromatic spices.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
