The process imparts a lovely golden hue to the liquid, as well as the mellow character of spiced fruit and malty oak – should stand up nicely in ginger ale, we reckon.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: Malt, juniper, and zesty lemon mingle amongst toasty oak, sweet dried fruit, soft caramel, and vanilla.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
