STANZA Mezcal Espadín is an Espadín like no other, handcrafted in the beautiful South of the Sierra Sur region in Oaxaca. We credit the herbaceous flavors that distinguish this mezcal to our master distiller José Díaz, who grew it to full maturity and harvested it at eight years old.
Nose: Full-bodied aroma.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Quite rich and lovely smooth texture.
