This Heritage Edition is distilled from an old family recipe using the traditional method of kiln-drying malt using turf fires. Hence, this one’s a rather smoky affair along with the lovely creamy malt notes.
Nose: Delightful aroma.
Palate: Aromatic smoke with sweet malt, a drizzle of maple syrup, creamy vanilla and smoky baking spices on the finish.
Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
