It is handcrafted in a small distillery located in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This mezcal is made from the Tres Caidas, which means three heads, because the spirit is distilled three times to produce a pure, smooth flavor. The spirit is unaged and has a nice, round flavor with a strong agave taste.
