Solorzano tequilas are 100% Blue Weber agave tequilas where the pinas are baked in traditional brick and stone ovens in a 3 day process. The agave nectar is fermented in stainless steel tanks with what they describe as “wild yeast.” Solorzano anejo tequila is the “aged” (anejo) expression from the label, which comes from aging in American oak barrels for 2 years.

Nose: Nose reminiscent of nutmeg and caramel.
Palate: Smooth and sweet. Distinct oak wood complemented by vanilla, raisins and honey, with a hint of melon.
Finish: A peppery finish
