Solorzano tequilas are 100% Blue Weber agave tequilas where the pinas are baked in traditional brick and stone ovens in a 3 day process. The agave nectar is fermented in stainless steel tanks with what they describe as “wild yeast.” Solorzano reposado tequila is the “rested” (reposado) expression, which comes from its brief aging in American oak barrels for 7 months, providing it color and a softening flavor. They describe it as “smooth, spicey, with a hint of caramel.”

Nose: Clean, agave-forward, with notes of caramel.
