This fabulous Old Tom gin from Tarsier takes inspiration from Taiwan and includes some of its most famous produce – Oolong tea! Other botanicals include the likes of kumquat, hibiscus, and ginseng, conjuring the aromas and flavours that you might encounter in the city of Taipei.
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: Sweet tea, zesty fruit, floral hibiscus waft throughout with a gentle touch of juniper, followed by aromatic herbs and spices.
Finish: Finish is very long and very satisfying.
