Nose: The aging in American oak comes through on the nose with a mix of milk chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla notes.
Palate: The underlying vegetal agave notes do peek through so that it isn’t completely overwhelmed. Moving on to tasting, the tequila is of average weight with the more vegetal and herbal notes from the tequila taking over which is a good thing.
Finish: The finish is on the spicy and dry side with the aftertaste more bitter than sweet.
