It’s column distilled from molasses before it’s aged in bourbon casks. The name comes from a Caribbean legend, the Bacoo, which is similar to a genie in a bottle, though in this one you’ll just find good ol’ tasty rum.
Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: Treacle notes along with caramelised nuts, chocolate-dipped coffee beans and a touch of vanilla.
Finish: The finish is unique and complex.
